Welcome to Arc Pilates, where our mission is to empower you to move better and feel stronger through the practice of Pilates. We are a boutique studio that offers both private and small group training. Our small classes offer individualized attention to help you achieve a personal and effective workout with each class.
At our studio, we believe in cultivating balance, flexibility, and mobility in your joints to enhance every aspect of your life. We offer a welcoming, inclusive environment for students of all levels. We aim to keep our instruction simple and clear, incorporating contemporary style pilates with a mix of functional strength exercises.
About Nina
Founder & Teacher
I'm the owner and head instructor of Arc Pilates in Deerfield, Illinois. With over 5 years of teaching experience and as a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Teacher, I bring a blend of expertise, creativity, and a passion for helping others move better and feel stronger.
My journey into Pilates began after a minor injury led me to seek a low-impact way to regain strength and mobility. What started as a path to recovery quickly turned into a love for the practice.
I became certified through the Pilates Teacher Program with Balanced Body in Southern California. After relocating back to the Midwest and teaching over 1500 classes, I opened Arc Pilates to offer a space where I can share my passion and creative approach to the method.
